JHA Companies is pleased to announce the acquisition of Delhi, New York surveying firm, Thomas F. Leo LS, P.C. Established in 1977, Tom Leo has provided land surveying services to residential and commercial developers, attorneys, private individuals, realtors, title companies, and municipal governments in the heart of Delaware County and the Catskill Region of New York for over 40 years. Mr. Leo will be joining the JHA Companies team, led by Todd C. Jacobs, PLS, on a part-time basis where he will continue to serve clients and assist JHA with this transition.
